Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

Minors

If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, and you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Registration

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you agree to notify us promptly.

Enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, or reclaim usernames, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services, protect other users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Plans

Some Services may be offered on a paid basis, including subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing frequency, and included features are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it will typically renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

App Store

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple processes payment, manages cancellations, and handles refund requests under Apple’s policies. You can manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.

Processors

If we offer purchases through our website, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Refunds

Except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable.

Your Rights

You may be able to submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Services (“User Content”). As between you and REEDLAB, you retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

Our License

To operate the Services, you grant REEDLAB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services, improve features, troubleshoot and secure the Services, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention

This license generally ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except for limited copies retained in backups for a reasonable period, and content we must retain for legal, compliance, or dispute-related purposes.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes using the Services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing; attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; interfering with security features; distributing malware; scraping or using automated means to access the Services without permission; reverse engineering the Services except where allowed by law; or harassing, threatening, or violating the rights of others.

Third Parties

The Services may include links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party services (such as app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, or maps). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and REEDLAB is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Moderation

We may remove content, restrict access, or take other action we reasonably believe is necessary to protect users, the Services, or our legal rights.

Our Property

The Services (excluding User Content), including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by REEDLAB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use unless we explicitly authorize otherwise.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REEDLAB disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REEDLAB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REEDLAB’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to REEDLAB in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REEDLAB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Disputes

You agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and REEDLAB agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, except where prohibited by law. You and REEDLAB agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date and/or providing additional notice through the Services. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
